Most of us left Manaus and headed home to SFO, arriving on Friday morning. Unfortunately, Zummo got sick during our departure from Santarém so the flight crew out of Manaus decided not to let her continue. She and Shawny stayed in a Manaus hotel Wednesday night as the rest of us went on to get working on our final projects back on campus. Zummo is feeling better today and is just resting in the hotel until her flight tonight. She and Shawny will be back with the group on Friday.
